Industrial facility built for long-term performance, precision, and functionality in Webster, New York.
Every project is approached with thoughtful planning, expert execution, and a commitment to exceeding expectations at every stage.

Malvern Build was founded by people who have spent decades on the owner's side of construction. We know what it costs when a project runs over, when communication breaks down, and when a builder loses sight of what the client actually needs. We built this company around a different standard, one that treats every project the way we have always treated our own. Commercial, industrial, and residential, we bring the same ownership mindset to every build regardless of size or scope.
Every project at Malvern Build is managed the way an owner would manage it. That means tight communication, disciplined budgets, and decisions made with the full picture in mind. We have been on the other side of this process enough times to know where projects go wrong and how to make sure they don't. From the first conversation through final delivery, we bring structure, accountability, and a standard we hold ourselves to because we have always held ourselves to it.

Ben Stevens grew up around construction. His father, Gordon Stevens, was a Registered Building Practitioner who founded a commercial construction business in Melbourne, Australia in 1976, developing properties across the country before expanding into North American markets. Construction was simply part of life growing up.
Over the years, Ben took on increasing responsibility across real projects, from expanding manufacturing facilities in Lilydale, Australia, to a 170,000 sq ft industrial renovation in Croydon, to a purpose-built 115,000 sq ft manufacturing headquarters in Webster, New York. More recently, he led the full transformation of 1020 John Street in West Henrietta, a complete interior renovation with a contemporary fit-out and redesigned exterior.
Malvern Build was founded on that experience. Ben has always approached construction from the owner's side of the table, which shapes how every project at Malvern Build is managed from day one.

Nick Silco is Malvern Build's Project Manager, bringing over a decade of commercial construction experience and a proven track record on projects up to $60M. Before joining Malvern Build, Nick spent over ten years as a Commercial Construction Superintendent with Taylor the Builder, working across the Rochester, Syracuse, and Finger Lakes regions on complex commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments. His background spans student housing, historic adaptive reuse, senior living, hospitality, retail, and industrial builds, managing subcontractors, schedules, and budgets with the discipline and accountability you would expect from a U.S. Army veteran. When he is not on site, you will most likely find him chasing his two little ones around at home with his wife, where the job site is just a little louder and a lot less predictable.
