Malvern Build project managed the purpose-built 66,000 sq ft manufacturing plant with a two-story European-designed office block. Delivered on time in November 2010, the building houses Studco's entire U.S. operations. Exterior design inspiration was sourced from a leading Melbourne architect, with interior fit-out designed by global fit-out specialist Unispace.
In late 2018, Malvern Build was again awarded to project manage the expansion of the Studco plant. This 53,000 sq ft addition nearly doubled the plant's capacity. Malvern Build worked closely with the client to coordinate construction with little to no interruption to the two-shift plant operations, while the original building was opened up to connect with the new addition.
